All Broward Home Health Services employs only qualified staff. All Broward Home Health Services is NOT a nurse registry.

Here are a few very important components to our Company that you may not find elsewhere:

To ensure the best care possible, all caregivers are highly qualified and experienced in home health care.

Each staff person is appropriately licensed and/or certified by the State of Florida for their position, as applicable.

All staff are trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Our staff are employees of All Broward Home Health Services. All employees are fully insured and bonded by All Broward Home Health Services. Those who are not are required to maintain their own insurance, as applicable. This helps to ensure that our customers will not regret receiving home health care from the staff we send to their homes. Further, most nurse registries and staffing services hire independent contractors. These people likely to be uninsured, nor bonded, which means the customer is liable for any problems, thefts or accidents that may arise. This is why they can be a cheaper option than licensed and/or certified home health providers.

We conduct extensive pre-employment background checks. As of August 1, 2010, all new employees are required to have Level 2 screenings prior to working. We regularly verify that all certification and education is up to date and require every staff member to obtain 12 hours of continuing education credits each year, where applicable.
